Foundation Statement of Patriotic Front
From the Communist Party of Turkey
Call to all patriots from the Patriotic Front
We, as representatives of patriotic initiatives established throughout our country by the call of the Communist Party of Turkey, declare to friend and foe that we have founded the PATRIOTIC FRONT against imperialism.
Because we witnessed the betrayal.
In the name of our future based on independence, equality and freedom, we stand against the collaborationist capitalist front, which tries to sell both our country to the EU and the empty illusions about the EU to our people.
We will not allow our fate to be determined in Brussels, Berlin, Paris or London.
We will not allow our fate to be determined in Washington or any other imperialist center.
Not one young person will be sent to kill and be killed for the interests of the imperialists. Not one handful of soil will be handed over to the US, the EU or NATO to use as a military base. Not one factory, one mine, one state institution, one acre of land will be sold to international monopolies or be left idle in order to create markets for them. Not one of our people can be allowed to be left
unemployed or work like a slave in the name of the "necessities of international competition".
Our future is not for sale.
Neither is our future ownerless.
As the patriotic people of this country, our future is in our hands.

Anyone who does not expect any gain from the sale of our future, who does not try to make our country a part of this or that imperialist or capitalist alliance in the name of "national interests" or "geo-political interests", who does not want to create enmity between the peoples and who takes the side of labor against capitalist domination, belongs to the PATRIOTIC FRONT.
The PATRIOTIC FRONT calls all patriots to struggle; workers, peasants, intellectuals, women, youth, elderly, doctors, lawyers, engineers, retired soldiers, teachers and students, artists, journalists, the unemployed and every individual from all sections of society:

To end all types of dependence relationship established
-
with imperialist countries,
-
To immediately bring a halt to the EU accession process, to end the Customs Union and to leave all EU institutions,
-
To severe all ties with every military, political, economic and cultural institutions of imperialism, first and foremost NATO, IMF and the World Bank,
-
To rid our country of all types of foreign military presence,
-
To return home all our soldiers outside our borders,
-
To establish relations based on peace, brotherhood and equality between all the peoples in our region,
-
To transfer all the assets of international monopolies in our country to state ownership,
-
To develop and implement industrial and technology policies towards the most efficient utilization of the resources of our county for our development and progress,

To stand in the way of Turkey regressing to a position whereby it cannot feed itself through the destruction of agriculture and livestock raising,
-
To break the imperialist siege in the fields of education and culture,
-
To collect, produce and disseminate news and information that will free the mind of our people, and against the systematic imposition of lies to the public on the EU and similar issues,
-
To create solidarity with the peoples who are faced with imperialist aggression and whose countries are occupied in our region and in the world.
In short, so that we can build our future with our own hands..
