This year, as we head into the year 2012 in the midst of the worst worldwide economic and political crises since the Great Depression of the 1930s, we want to discuss in this month's reading and discussion group...

How do communists describe the economic debacle experienced by the working classes of the world, including our own?

What do communists know about the underlying causes of the crises which we are experiencing?

What have communists learned from the experiences of the past 2 years or more of fighting back?

Above all: can any of this mess be truly resolved under capitalism?
