the capitalist owns the instruments of labor, and the work does not own them; there we have a pure contradiction.
jean paul sartre
this is the contradiction America and the capitalist holds up. This is why americans cannot think, be happy, or even be informed. People born into capitalist nations are born into a contradiction.
They are taught that if the live in the capitalist country everything will turn out beautiful, they live in the land the free, where everything is possible. Then they grow up and realize it was a lie. Most people I know feel cheated, or as Simone De Beauvior said, "I feel swindled."
Since the foundation of capitalist culture is a contradiction, every ideal that results from it will also be a contradiction.
examples of contradictions
a contradiction is when all the evidence shows a person that they should be doing something different, but they remain doing the behavior that does not have anything to do with the evidence.
racism, all the evidence lead to that existence precedes essense but racists still think that racisism is a fact.
religion, all the evidence lead to that there is no god, but people still believe in god.
capitalist, no one obviously gets paid equally, but the workers of america still go to work and take what they can get.
The capitalist's only value is that of ownership and subjugation. Religion, racism, child rearing, marriage, all are forms of ownership and subjugation. having a child might not be, but under capitalism it is ownershio and subjugation. It is seen the word 'raise' that americans love to use. People raise corn and beans, not humans.
The American rich resemble the marquees of the french revolution, they don't care about the workers, seen in the incredible amount of outsourcing. The american workers will soon not have any money to buy their products, and then, they will find out what the worker can do.
