Let's look at the question of overtime pay. Bush and Kerry don't have the same views on that issue that is improtant to at least 8 million workers. Minimum wage? Abortion? Religion and the state? Right to join a union?
Saying they are all the same is very narrow and seems to show that the person saying it is oblivious to real issues, in my opinon. What kind of socialsit is oblivious to issues that the working class cares deeply about.
Kerry has taken some wrong positions, so we are going to have to continue to fight. Elections aren't about choosing the perfect candidate. Right now this election is about defeating Bush and the Republicans. Putting all of one's eggs in the election basket is self-defeating.
