No grounds to wage it? How about imperialism, war crimes, war criminals???
How about the tax dollars taken from workers\' paychecks being used to exploit, terrorize and finance the continued existence of the capitalist system?
I would say it is time for armed struggle and hitting the streets in force.
It is a right by international law as well as the constitution.
