Susan Webb is co-editor of the People's World. She covered World Social Forums in Brazil and India for the PW and has participated in other international gatherings. Before joining the PW staff, she taught English as a second language and worked in editing, writing and office jobs. Webb grew up in New York and raised her family of two daughters in Detroit and New Haven, Conn., where she was active in struggles to save jobs and public education. She is all about motherhood and apple pie, is owned by a dog, and currently lives in Rhode Island.
