President Morales Calls for Dialogue in Bolivia

La Paz, Nov 30 (Prensa Latina) Bolivian president, Evo Morales, called for constructive talks with government and business to debate the investment of national resources and the fight against corruption.

He called for approval of a law that investigates clarity of funds for all political and civic authorities in the country.

The meeting will also analyze subjects regarding the nine departments, above all to confront future climate disasters, he explained.

Morales asked the business sector to protect the economy and basic foods and rejected continued price speculation that sparked the recent inflationary rise.

He asked Bolivian businesspersons to explain their proposals to increase national production with full guarantee for private property.

He also asked the direction of the Constituent Assembly to call extraordinary sessions to complete the new Constitution charter on the basis of the structure approved last Saturday.

The president questioned the double standard of authorities who claim to defend democracy and unity while they call for civil disobedience and instabililty.

Morales called on them to reflect on their responsibility for the large family that is Bolivia and requested the Public Attorney General to comply with its duty to enforce presidential authority.
